What better time to come out and enjoy the warm weather of Miami than in winter or better yet, invest in a hot market that always commands high demand.  With moderate temperatures and even lower humidity, visiting Miami now through May offers an array of festivals, concerts and events including the renowned Coconut Grove Arts Festival and  SOBE Food festivals ins February, horse racing, dog racing.  Of course there are all of the year-round  attractions such as the Robert Frost Science Museum and air boat adventures in the everglades not to mention the myriad of beach life from north to south offering an array of adventure for the water enthusiast.

What better way to thaw out than in our expansive white beaches soaking up the welcoming rays or overlooking the scenic beauty of downtown Miami from one of its roof top bars or with the locals at Ball and Chain on 8th Street in the heart of Little Havana.  Miami offers something for everyone from food to music to horse racing to dog racing to gambling.  A city that doesn't sleep with a population as diversified as the cuisines.

As a bustling international travel destination from far and wide, especially in winter,  Miami offer excellent opportunities for the savvy investor with no shortage of demand for tenants and travelers.  Demand still remains strong for housing, especially in the $300,000-$500,000 range for long term tenants and there is expansive opportunity in the buying market for condos.  Now is the perfect time for the luxury condo market with its 53 month supply.

Opportunity doesn't always knock twice and in certain market and certain price points there is a slight shift happening in the market and there are some great buying opportunities out there.  To find out more about how to claim your personal piece of the international pie known as Miami, call Laura Szalay at 305-613-1996 or Laura@MovingMiami.US.
